- Quest Diagnostics acquires Concentra's laboratory business Quest Diagnostics announced it has acquired the toxicology and clinical laboratory business of medical center operator Concentra, a Humana subsidiary. In addition, Quest has entered into a long-term agreement with Concentra to be its primary provider of workplace toxicology and clinical testing.
