Please note that we have a new site: LifeScienceHistory.com, "Where history is made daily" under development and delayed by COVID-19, to be launched in 2023 replacing WashingtonLifeScience.com. Regrettably, we are working with reduced staffing and the current industry directory is no longer being maintained, but will be replaced with a new and improved directory upon the launch of the new site. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Company Description

Nexgenia provides novel specialty chemicals and materials for manufacturers of in vitro diagnostic assays and for life science applications related to assays and molecular separations. Nexgenia employs polymer-based nanotechnology to make reagents that can react faster, with more sensitivity, and be separated more efficiently than currently used assay reagents. The core of the technology is the use of stimuli-responsive polymer conjugates of antibodies and magnetic nanoparticles to enable faster binding kinetics while providing for easy, rapid separations of bound from unbound materials.

These reagents are game-changers -- creating higher speed and sensitivity attributes for any analyte, across a wide array of applications. Nexgenia has developed significant manufacturing and applications expertise for these reagents, along with a growing intellectual property portfolio.

Nexgenia’s polymer-based nanotechnology represents the next generation in diagnostic and life science reagents.
