Summary:
The Marketing team is looking for an intern to support the execution of key promotional tactics across multiple channels. The intern will garner experience analyzing data/generating reports in Veeva PromoMats Vault (a cloud-based commercial content and digital asset management system), developing an audit plan for the Commercial webstore, and supporting multiple brands at various levels.
The Marketing Operations Intern will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and work closely with relevant cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support brand teams and the Marketing Operations team in preparation for the launch of new indications of existing products and future product launches as assigned
- Manage a comprehensive webstore (SOAMazon) audit for the Commercial team
Monitor adherence to all relevant company policies and processes, as well as applicable external compliance obligations
- Gather performance data for assigned brands/products to determine the impact of promotional strategies and tactics across channels
- Provide support as needed for cross-brand PRC (Promotional Review Committee) meetings and material review
Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior enrolled in a college or university, GPA 3.5 or above
- Excellent project management skills, including a keen attention to detail is required
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Note: This is an onsite, paid internship. This position is open to all students legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for internships. The hiring pay range for this position is $20 to $32 per hour based on skills, education and experience relevant to the role.
