Summary:

Seagen Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant /Marketing Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, and operations support to the Canadian marketing team. Primary accountabilities will include project management support for promotional material review process, coordination of materials and sponsorships for conferences, and administration of contracts and payments to vendors & HCPs.

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively coordinate all aspects of Seagen Canada's promotional review process and liaise between Seagen and production vendor for print materials. Manage print material inventory as required. Perform daily contract administration duties such as collecting vendor/HCP information for legal contract development and requesting vendor invoices as well as payment process. Support planning and administration of advisory board meetings and national conferences, including tracking attendee registrations and collection/completion of paperwork associated with meeting attendance.

Skills & Experience:

2 – 4 years of prior relevant work experience; biotech or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred. Strong project management capabilities, including a keen attention to detail is required. High degree of skill and experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs in a business setting is required. Experience with Veeva PromoMats (or any cloud-based CRM) preferred. Proven organizational, communication and planning skills. Ability to establish and foster productive, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
